Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is open to all UK residents aged 16 years who have purchased a promotional pack from the Seven Seas Jointcare range from Tesco Supermarkets. This offer is not available to employees of Seven Seas Ltd. or its subsidiaries, TLC Marketing UK Ltd. or agencies appointed by TLC and their immediate families.
2. A claim form must be downloaded from freelesson.jointcare.com and sent with a proof of purchase to Seven Seas Free Lessons, TLC Marketing UK Ltd, PO Box 468, Swansea, SA1 1RH.
3. If you do not have access to the internet please call 0871 231 9007. You will need to provide your personal details over the phone and then send in your proof or purchase to the address above.
4. Claim forms & proof of purchases must be received by 31.05.12.
5. The claimant will then be sent two vouchers within 21 days which entitles the bearer plus a guest to a FREE dance lesson at one of the participating venues. 
6. Only one voucher may be used per person (maximum of two people per lesson), per activity, per household, per venue and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder). 
7. For Ceroc dance studios the offer is only valid for new members.
8. All additional customers will pay the full price and all future bookings will be charged at the full price.
9. Customers may claim one voucher for each of the activities offered by Seven Seas Jointcare.
10. Voucher valid until 30.04.2013. All bookings must be placed by 01.11.2012.
11. Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.
12. The offer is based on advance bookings only and is subject to promotional availability at participating venues. You do not need to book Ceroc dance venues but it is advisable to check their website for up to date information.
13. The offer is subject to promotional availability at participating venues ON REGULAR WEEKLY DANCE NIGHTS (NOT FREESTYLES OR SPECIAL EVENTS)
14. Customers must advise their venue of their FREE dance lesson vouchers from Seven Seas Jointcare.
15. The “How To” instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
16. On arrival at the venue, the vouchers must be handed over, one per person. Failure to produce them will result in you having to pay the full price for your dance lesson.
17. If you fail to cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the appointment, or do not show at the venue, a cancellation charge may be incurred.
18. The list of participating venues remains subject to change. Please contact the chosen venue to confirm continual availability of the offer.
19. Participating dance venues reserve the right to vary prices, times and offer availability (e.g. public holidays).
20. Prices (if any) and information presented are valid at the time of going to press and could be subject to change.
21. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserves the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or offers.
22. The voucher may only be used once. Photocopied, scanned, damaged or illegible vouchers will not be accepted.
23. The FREE dance lesson voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, cannot be resold and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or redeemed in whole or part for cash.
24. A journey time of up to 45 minutes in some areas of the UK may be needed to the nearest venue. In the case that there is no venue in your area, your details will be kept on record until such a time as a venue is recruited (please allow a maximum of 4 weeks). TLC will use reasonable endeavours to recruit a venue in your area, but if this cannot be guaranteed you will be offered an alternative which may involve a journey time of greater than 45 minutes. Such an offer shall fulfil all promotional obligations to you.
25. In the event of large promotional uplift, venues reserve the right to book voucher holders up to 6 months from date of calling to make a promotional booking.
26. Neither TLC, its agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability for (a) any non-acceptance by a venue of this voucher or (b) any inability by the bearer to use this voucher properly or at all or (c) the contents, accuracy or use of either this voucher or the venue listing, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury occurring at the venue, and (d) TLC, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage.  Your statutory rights are unaffected.
27. TLC reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
28. The terms of this promotion are as stated here and no other representations (written or verbal) shall apply.
29. Any persons taking advantage of this promotion do so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
30. TLC reserves the right to vary these terms without notice.

FAQ's

How do I apply for my FREE dance lesson?
Follow the steps outlined within the How it works section and ensure you advise your chosen venue you have a FREE dance lesson voucher from 'Seven Seas'.

When does the voucher run out?
The voucher must be redeemed by 30.04.2013 and all bookings must be placed by 1.11.2012.

Where do I get my two vouchers from?
Once you have sent your claim form back to us we will send you two vouchers, both must be taken to your lesson for two people to attend.

What should I wear?
You do not need any particular clothing to attend a dance lesson. Anything goes, casual wear or smart dress, as long as you feel comfortable. As for shoes, wear something that will allow you to move freely on the dance floor - we recommend leather soled shoes.

Can I come on my own?
Yes. Your lesson is for two people but if you wish to come on your own you will have the opportunity to dance with various partners as dances are rotated during the lesson.
